March 5: Spicy crab cakes, roasted vegetable walnut relish and creole meuniere sauce, fresh herb chicken, beet couscous, baby vegetables and lemon garlic sauce

March 12: Butternut squash brie, mushrooms sherry brown butter sauce, grilled pineapple shrimp, carrot rice noodles with lime-ginger dressing

March 16: Marinated hearts of palm pine nut salad with honey ginger vinaigrette, coconut crust mahi-mahi champagne risotto

March 26: Three cheese crestini, pork loin with dried fruit and orange cider sauce, roasted red bliss potatoes
